Learning about harmonizing heart-brain coherence from Gregg Braden is one of the best on-going practice I have managed to keep. 


Many of those who practiced breathing on a regular basis reported phenomenal outcome, including myself. I painted 6 heart anatomy in various size and shape, and be reminded what is inside of our body that made us stay alive.
